Today was the first Saturday in May. That generally means it is Free Comic Book Day. However,
FCBD was cancelled this year/postponed to
maybe happen in the Fall. It is a bummer, but people need to be safe in the face of the COVID-19 risk. Packing a comic store full of folks is just not a good idea right now--despite
some states loosening their lockdowns alarmingly too soon considering how bad infection rates still are. I miss FCBD, but I always want everyone healthy. I hope sometime in the near future we can have FCBD and be safe.
